Sam & Kate Visit The Pocono’s Nudist Resort

There’s something that’s really peaceful about being the first / only one up in the morning. All the better when it’s away from home. At a nudist resort in the Pocono’s…..The first thing you see are the curves of Kates naked body as she lay on her side, facing you. There are worse way’s to wake up.

After a moment of fumbling around and locating the clothes from last night that got flung at one point, it’s off to the “deck” of our room. More an outdoor hallway, it has old school or rural Vermont motel vibes.

The hallway is more cafe, there’s a small table and a couple of chairs for each of the handful of rooms we share cafe space with. Coffee will wait, the room is small, and I can’t see Kate’s sleep surviving the making it process; god knows she earned a good nights sleep last night. So the birds and I will make do with my having a bottle of water for now.

We’re spending the weekend at a place called Sunny Rest Resort. It’s not a swinger / lifestyle place, it’s a legit nudist resort and they take that fairly seriously. No overt sexual activity in the public areas. That said, no one is under much of an illusion about the fact that swingers make up probably 75% of the people on site at any given moment. That number is like most Sam & Kate percentages; pulled straight outta my ass. I don’t think you’ll see too many people arguing that the decided majority of people are swingers tho.

Sunny has been on our radar basically since we started our adventure, everyone we’d talked to has had nothing but great things to say about it. As it happens, it’s (like just about everything else in our neck of the woods) right at an hour drive from Casa Da Sam & Kate.

Being a nudist place and not a lifestyle place kept Kate and I away for a couple years. In fairness, we were also pretty busy with a lot of other lifestyle and non lifestyle things, and it just never percolated to the top. Until last summer. We came for the day with some friends and had a really good time.

So, as we looked at our schedules a couple months back we saw that this was a weekend in June that we had no commitments; no work, no family, no whatever. So, we booked a room at Sunny for the weekend. I know you in the back are worried about Clifford, everyone just calm down. She’s fine and with Kate’s daughter and her two boys for the weekend. She won’t be suffering. The Chow Hound Cat (all 3 of them, the each take turns carrying the Chow Hound moniker) are surviving on chipmunks and mice, well and the neighbor providing them with Meow Mix. (ETA….while editing, Kate said “My cat’s are too good for Meow Mix” And they are, they eat better)

Speaking of dead small forest creatures, Chow Hound, being a cat who lives outdoors in the summer, takes exceptionally great pride in parading the days fresh kills for Kate and I. Lucky for us the main door to Casa Da Sam and Kate (from the porch) is a sliding glass door that opens to the kitchen. Believe me, when it’s least expected, one of them will reliably show up with something dead in their mouths. Kate, just as reliably, shrieks and carry’s on, cursing whichever Chow Hound is showing off at the moment. If you have an outdoor cat, I’m betting you’re familiar with the “gifted” rodents and birds left for you. Enough of that sidebar.

It’s biker weekend at Sunny. We’re not bikers, but I don’t think it much matters. What matters more is Sunny’s fairly liberal cancelation policy (I think it’s no penalty outside of 48 hours) and the fact that eastern PA is in a shitty weather pattern. Seriously, today will be the 13th Saturday in a row with rain. It’s dry but grim as I type. Washout weekends (we’re told) tend to put a damper on the crowds. I get it tho, who wants to be naked by a pool in a rainstorm? We never considered canceling, we figured we’d roll with it.

Sunny itself is great. It’s tucked into the woods with very little clear cut space. There’s a security gate where they’ll take your info and then just up the hill is the main activity space. There’s a heated pool, and two LARGE hot tubs, one hotter than the other. A good amount of deck space with loads of chairs and chaise lounges. There’s a poolside bar (appropriately named “Streakers”) and a bathhouse to one side of the pools, restaurants and the night club to the other side.

Tucked around this area are several cabins and small spaces they squeezed a couple rooms into. We’re in one of those spaces. The room is fine, it’s not huge but it’s comfortable.

Further up the hill are the main residence areas. There are people who maintain full time / weekend homes here and some live here year round I believe. There’s space for a load of RV’s, and there’s a “tent city” as well. Plenty of options to stay onsite. I won’t get into prices, if you want that, they’re not hard to find on their web site. It’s a cash free place (I think) so there’s that.

About 15 minutes after we arrived and got settled, we were naked and headed for the hot tubs. It had poured most the day, so there were only a handful of people in the water. As we got closer, and in what can just not be described as a plot twist, Kate recognized one of the people in the tub as a lover of hers.

Oscar is a regular at Sunny as it happens. He and Kate haven’t seen each other in a little bit despite him only living 20 minutes or so away; this was my first time meeting him. It was kind-of a neat moment; the other guys (it was all guys at that point in the tub) had to know that something was afoot as the beautiful petite blonde with killer boobs who walked in with me gave the well built black guy in the tub a more than friendly hug hello.

We hung out there for an hour or so, Oscar came and went, he had something or another on his plate to tend to. We jabber jawed with the 5–6 folks who were there and then the 5–6 that drifted in while we were there.

After leaving the tub and going on the munch (If you ever travel with Kate, don’t worry about food. She’ll bring plenty) we got dressed and went down to mingle. The main event of the night was a golf cart poker run. Golf carts are a staple here, it’s like people are surprised there’s hill’s in PA or something. Oscar drifted in and out. He’s in his element here, naked with a floppy hat and a robe. A character that for sure fits the bill.

Given that it’s biker week, Kate dressed the part. She had on a spray paint tight strappy leather and spandex I guess (how do they make girl clothes anyway) top that stopped 3–4 inches above her equally sprayed on jeans. She looked good……

After a period that decidedly resembled trying to herd cats, off the teeming masses went on their golf carts and quads. The three of us lingered and chatted a bit, then Oscar took us for a walk up to tent city.

If you’ve ever been in an infield at a NASCAR race or something similar, you know the tent city vibe. It was chill; beer and bonfires, no shortage of naked or mostly naked people running around. We didn’t see any shitshows, but like any situation where people, boobs, and booze mix, the potential exists. Kate started gettting frisky with both Oscar and I while up in tent city, or was it that we started with her? All of the above.

Suffice to say by the time we made it back down to the pool area the sexual tension that had been brewing since we walked into the hot tub reached it’s boil over point. We went back up to our room and had a wonderfully fun threesome. Kate’s switch was flipped and she was in her element. Legs here, arms there, Kate took turns blowing and fucking Oscar and me. Kate made it a great threesome, everyone was involved all the time.

Oscar eventually headed back to tent city to do tent city things, Kate and I being the party animals that we are were asleep before midnight.

We shall see what happens today…..

Thanks for reading!! Be kind to yourself and others…

We’re Sam and Kate!

We’re a very happily married couple who are ethically non-monogamous. Kate and I are on the poly and cuckold spectrums somewhere. We live in a small house on a couple acres in the Northeast / Mid Atlantic with Clifford The Wonder Dog and The Chow Hound Cat. Sam does the lions share of the writing here; Kate has editorial oversight. We’re both content and long term sober. Sam is a guitar playing tech nerd too. Contact us at Sam.kate.enm@gmail.com
